                KN95 masks are required by the Chinese GB2626 standard, and GB is the national standard. The standard is that the filtration efficiency of non-oily particulate matter is ≥95%, and the highest number of domestic KN95 masks is 5 layers, namely SMMMS (2 layers S layer and 3 layers M layer). S represents a spunbond layer (Spunbond), and M represents a barrier layer or meltblown layer M (meltblown) composed of polypropylene (PP). The M layer uses a melt-blown non-woven fabric as a filter layer. Because its fibers are randomly distributed and have complex three-dimensional pores, its biggest feature is that it is composed of ultrafine fibers, the specific surface area of ??the fibers is large, and the particles have strong adsorption capacity. The spray filter material fibers are randomly distributed to form a large number of fine pores, with uniform pore distribution, low filtration resistance, and high filtration efficiency, so that the filtration performance of non-woven medical protective masks is far superior to traditional gauze masks.
                
            KN95 mask structure: medical protective mask consists of surface layer, filter layer, inner layer, nose clip, mask band and so on. The material of the surface layer and the inner layer is spunbond nonwoven fabric, and the material of the filter layer is meltblown nonwoven fabric-fabric and mask belt material. The nose clip is made of bendable and moldable metal, and is woven from polyester thread. Sterilized with ethylene oxide, the product is provided aseptically.
                
            Scope of application: It is suitable for filtering particles in the air of medical units and blocking droplets, blood, body fluids and secretions.
